Recipe 1: (croissant, cream cheese, ghee, marmalade or jam)
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cut croissant in 2 as shown.
3. Slather in ghee.
4. Place in oven on top rack for 10-15 min (depending on how crispy you like it)
5. Remove from oven, spread cream cheese and marmalade on top. Chill. Eat.
Recipe 2: (croissant, cream cheese, maple ghee, powdered cinnamon)
